1 The yearly support fee does not cover support issues that are caused by administrator error, such as but not limited to: Making any direct SQL modifications to the database; Upgrading required/optional software to unsupported versions (see requirements); Hardware failures that require software re-installation; or Migrating software and data to new hardware. Such issues are subject to a $140 per-incident fee and will be billed at $140/hour if resolution of the issue exceeds 1 hour.
